At K&K Jewelry Made with Love, we take pride in the quality of our products. While we do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for reasons such as change of mind, we are committed to addressing any issues if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at kandkjewelrymadewithlove@gmail.com if:
- Your item is defective or damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- An item is missing from your order
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit (valid for 2 years from the date of issue).
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or provide replacements for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Store Credit
Approved claims will result in store credit instead of a cash refund. Store credit will be valid for 2 years from the date it is issued and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
