1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing does not take place on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance procedures.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your package’s progress and estimated arrival date.
4. Damages and Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately at kandkjewelrymadewithlove@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged items or packaging
- A description of any missing products
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit (valid for 2 years from the date of issue).
5. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations, some products or destinations may not be eligible for delivery. Any restrictions will be communicated at checkout.
